Strategic vision for luxury tourism

Mandate and context

As the world of recreational tourism changes and the expectations and needs of customers evolve, recreational tourism centers must review their models and offer distinctive, unique experiences tailored to their environment. Volume10 was commissioned to do develop the strategic vision of a prestigious center.

Implementation and solutions

The Volume10 team conducted interviews and consultations with all teams of the recreational tourism center, whether administrative, field-based, or governance-related. The objective was to formalize the strategic vision for the coming years, focusing on the development of luxury tourism and attracting international tourists.

Impact and outcomes

Through the consultation process, all teams were mobilized around the vision, and Volume10 formally presented the final vision to the board of directors.
